Ms. Knott has worked for more than 30 years in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation law, representing insurance carriers and self-insured businesses. She is board certified in personal injury trial law and workers’ compensation law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Her areas of practice include personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation, in courts and administrative hearings, and civil litigation.

She frequently provides continuing education presentations to insurance carriers and professional associations regarding workers’ compensation matters. Ms. Knott served on the planning committee for the State Bar of Texas Advanced Workers’ Compensation Course from 2011 -2018 and served as the course director in 2017 and co-director in 2018. Ms. Knott was elected by her peers to be the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Law Section of the State Bar of Texas for the 2016 to 2017 term.
